Back in the day, HI Jasper was a ski lodge and it still retains a lot of that outdoorsy charm. This is classic hostelling with nature literally at its doorstep and, yep, even a 44-bed shared room, making it almost impossible not to make a few new friends. Jasper Tramway is just up the road and the town of Jasper is 7 km the other way.
