You can use the showers although you are not staying at the campground. Just ask at the the reception. You need a token for the shower which is $3 for 5 minutes.

One of the loveliest campsites we've been to. The river is right at the campsite and the view of the mountains is incredible. Large, private campsites overall. Showers were closed for Covid. Clean drop toilets.

There is a big variation in site quality. Some seem to be nice and private, but the sites are layered on top of each other without proper access paths, so some sites have people walking through to get to sites behind them.
