This staging area allows free camping at this eastern end of a major continuous segment of the Trans Canada Trail. Much of interest remains of this old railway terminus.

Toilets are available, as is an enclosed cooking area with fire place, power points and lighting. Firewood is available. I helped unload a ute load. Powered sites $25 p/n, unpowered $20 p/n. Honesty system There is no water available at the site. Except for river water. Nice spot though, run by volunteers.
