Indeed a lot of other rv and tents. But it is a nice spot. And in a short distance to the south part of Banff.

We stayed here in total 4 nights. But no toilets, no bins, no picnic tables. It's next to the road and a lot of other campers stayed here. Please take your rubbish with you after leaving! Perfect spot to explore Kananaskis.

Worth getting here early. We spent a few nights here while waiting for a package in Banff to arrive. Does get wet. Also got told one morning we couldn't camp there and it was just for tours. I would just recommend not sleeping in and staying there until 10am.
