Description

Sunwapta Falls consists of upper and lower waterfalls that are fed by the Athabasca Glacier. The upper falls, with a drop of about 18.5 metres are accessible via a 600 metres access road off the Icefields Parkway. A 1.3 km (0.8 mile) hike takes you down to the lower falls. No camping or overnight parking allowed.

Upper falls are crowded, lower falls aren't! Easy hike to get there and it's stunning!
