This is a LONG trail. Normally hiked one way starting from north or south end (best to do 2 cars and leave one at each end for a group of people.) This has areas which are very treacherous. ONLY for experienced hikers. Took us approx 7hrs and is about 14-16km (despite the website saying 10km). Gorgeous views from the top!!
