Just found this truck stop. It has 8hr stay limit (not enforced on Sunday) and is suprisingly quiet.

This doesn't seem like it's open to the public. We were there about 11pm and it looked like there might be an attendant during the day that you may be able to pay for showers. Also looked on the website and it seems like a paid service for truck drivers. Didn't feel like we should camp there and couldn't get into the locked showers so we left.
