Very nice and most of all clean spot for an affordable price near the city. Can be a bit noisy due to trains across the river.

38 lovely waterfront sites, all FCFS. Booth registration in summer, staff take payment in the evening in off-season (you have to leave a vehicle/tent on site to keep it reserved). Busy with day users but quiet in the evening. Pit toilets. 6km walk to Ft Langley centre. Noise from trains during the night. Good value for location!
