Near the highway but very quiet. A real campground and free.

We stayed here one night in July 2021 on a bicycle trip. I don't know why the description says that camping in tent is not allowed. We were not the only ones with a tent. Nice place but not all sites have picnic tables. We didn't have one. Also, the access to the creek is very difficult, muddy and steep. OK for one night.

Incredible that places like this exist in Canada. Beautiful free campsite right next to a river. Separated plots with picnic tables. There are toilets and some plots even have tent shelters. A gas station with a shop is very close by. Strongly recommended.
