This was a great free campsite! Logging road is fairly well maintained, drive slow if you don't have a 4wd. There's 3 sites about 4.5 km up the logging road, each has a fire pit and picnic table. There is also a bathroom. Dog friendly, lots of walking trails, and a nearby creek makes it quite pleasant. You do hear some work trucks passing, but the sounds of the forest, birds, and creek make it very enjoyable! Would stay here again!

Lovely campground in the middle of the forest. You have to drive 4.5km gravel road to get there. The entry is narrow, a bit steep, makes a turn, and has some bumps. I think we brushed some bushes and trees while entering with our 2.5m wide truck camper. So I don't think it's feasible to enter with a 30ft+ camper or trailer. 4WD was very beneficial. You can hear the small river and every now and then a logging truck sped over the nearby gravel road. I'd definetly recommend to arrive during daylight, given the difficult entry, small campground loop and thick treetops. We arrived at dusk and it actually was a bit creepy in the dark. However, in the morning it revealed it's beauty.

Beautiful free camp spot! Our home on wheels made it down the long logging rode (driving very slowly) We even stayed a 2nd night!
