FCFS sites. There are 3 separate camping areas, one drive in and two walk in areas just past the drive in sites. Walk in sites are right on the lake, about 4-5 sites each area. Often quiet, but can be busy in the summer and on weekends. Excellent fishing and swimming, although cold year round. Small hiking trail around the lake. Cougars often seen in area, so be careful with pets. Winds can hit very hard on furthest walk in site area, make sure to check weather forcast and for widow-maker trees above. Lizard lake is one of my favorite camping spots!
