In May still snow patches on access road and lake still frozen. The turnoff is just before a marked road summit. Otherwise very nice.

Wonderful little spot to spend the night. There is a few spots up top where you could set up a tent and 1 spot where you could put a trailer. Down below there are 2 larger spots where you can park a larger unit. It was a fairly busy stop, so I would recommend staying up too, unless you don't mind people coming and going. Down below, we could barely hear any noise from travellers. Only slight highway noise. Very peaceful at night.

Been here on 26.05.2022, no snow anymore. Such a nice place to be. Ensure to go all the way down to the lake shore
