We stayed there yesterday over night. There isn't a forbidden sign to not stay over night. Free parking from 6pm to 8am. The toilets are ok and open the whole night. The lake is so beautiful and there are a lot picnic tables to use.

Paid parking 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Paying machine takes only coins and is not giving change, not sure what is the price. I paid $2 for whole day parking. No signs prohibiting over night parking. Clean toilet next to the carpark. Couple of dogwalkers now and then. No one bothers me. A lot of space even for a big RV.

The train runs all night, so be prepared. Bylaw officers come around 9 am to start ticketing, so if you plan on staying past the 8am, you will need to pay for parking. Sunday is free. We did have one lady tell us that this isn't a camping spot but one of those people who just don't understand that circumstances are different for everyone.
