Seems that a person stays there full time with their camper truck. There is a portable toilet there. Hear road noise and the person snoring from their camper truck whoever they are. Never met them or saw them but heard them.

Just a gravel pullout next to the road. Not super flat but okay for one night. Stayed there with another camper. Very quiet.
