We easily got a first come first serve campsite when arriving at 1:30 pm. 27 feet RV fits well. The campground only offers pit toilets which are ok. Beautiful campsites with fire pits, especially those on the riverside from which you can see black bears hunting for salmons. Must do: Walk the approx. 2 km trail past the fish ladder to a spot where the river is more calm. We sat there for about 2 hours and saw several bears hunting and eating fish. When it smells fishy (because of the leftovers from bears' lunch or dinner), you are right.

We love this place. We saw bears hunting for salmon. Salmons were jumping out of the water really spectaculair. The campground is great with beautiful sites especially the ones close to the river. The toilets dont smell like roses but the beauty of this park makes it up!
