Beautiful campsite, directly at lake. Unfortunately ONLY CASH payment available. Hadn't enough on hand, and no ATM nearby, so we had to leave again.

Fills up early. By 12 noon the other camp was already full so we drove back to Strawberry fields and secured a spot. By 2pm the campsites were full. A Ranger comes around in the afternoon to collect the money. Some campsites are reservable so do not go in if it says "reserved". If there is a sign hanging that it is reservable but "available for 1 or 2 nights" you can go in. The Rangers update all sites in the morning after checkout so they are up to date.
