Description

Sugar Lake 2-Mile campground has a camp host, wood, pit toilets, garbage bin (please pay the fee when you drop garbage), a dog friendly beach, several lake front sites and many RV accessible sites that can fit 2 RVs on them. The road past the dam you drive across begins to become rough and has some tight corners with low visibility. Road in some areas is only wide enough for 1 vehicle safely. Please drive with extreme care and low speeds. There is a boat launch area to take advantage of the good fishing opportunities here. Some trails for ATVs or dirtbikes (not allowed to be ridden around campground). Dogs must be under control at all times, and Generator Use is restricted from 9-11am and 6-8pm. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Do not hold campsites. There are no reservations, and sites must be occupied for the purpose of camping. Ask for directions from the host to Rainbow Falls for a short day trip the whole family can enjoy!
