Description
The Waitabit Creek Recreation site is a medium sized site on the banks of Waitabit Creek.
Driving Directions: 2km north of the Trans Canada Highway at 1 km on the Bush River Forest Road.
Camping is free and there are 13 sites with tables and toilets.

Great spot near the river! Last bit of the road is unpaved, but really doable (we did it with a 27 ft RV). Firepit and dinnertable at the site. One of the best places we've stayed!

Fantastic spot. Found a lot directly by the river. Woke up to an amazing view! Google directions were a bit wrong, there was a big tree on the last road but you can easily bypass it through the better, paved road!

This is such a great campsite. It's quite in the night and you have the river right next to your site. Pit toilets were ok. Was open when we arrived on the 5th of April 2024.
