Can't believe this place was free, it has all the luxury of a paid camp site minus showers. Good toilet buildings with actual flushing toilets and running (non-potable) water. It was full of RV's when I arrived, very busy. As I was with my tent and the wind was very fierce (and it always seems to be) I set up my tent under the shelter where there are some picnic tables, behind a wall that stops the wind. Not sure if it's allowed, but nobody seemed to care. It was perfect, protection against the rain and wind. There are even electrical plugs there that work, so I could charge all my devices. 5 stars. Shops are just up the hill (gravel road). The train does pass through several times at night and honks loudly when doing so, be prepared for that.

Nice, well kept campground, recommended! If you are a light sleeper, the trains could disturb you at night or early in the morning.
