The Williams lake golf and tennis club have a decent sized gravel car park that allows RV camping. $5 parking per night or $10 with electricity. It overlooks the golf course and Williams lake. You just register with the pro shop. The facility has a bar and grill, and a pro shop.

Lovely view of the city at night. Very quiet. Easy peas, register at pro shop. $10 for 30 amp or $5 for dry camping. Gravel parking lot so dusty if course is busy, fairly level. Great stay for a night.
