Description

Banbury Green has 67 sites. Most sites will accommodate either a tent or an RV, depending on size. All sites have electricity and water. Sewer connections are only available in numbers 37 - 53. There are no sewered sites on the lakefront. All lakefront sites have firepits.* Wood burning campfires are prohibited in sites not located on the lakefront. CSA approved propane fire bowls are permitted on all sites. * If Provincial campfire bans are in effect, campfires are not permitted anywhere in the park. Some of the features and amenities you will find at Banbury Green include: fresh water and electricity on every site a sani dump hot showers - no charge a public pay phone a picnic table on your site sewer connection on some sites coin operated washers/dryers (laundry soap for sale) a basketball hoop pedal boat, canoe rentals and paddle board (SUP) rentals firewood and ice for sale small fridge rentals ice cream and other frozen treats for sale an antique swing set & sandbox for small children There is a grass area with a net for volleyball and/or badminton; two common areas for picnics, frisbee, etc. There is lots of blacktop for all things with wheels! (bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, etc.), and campfires are permitted per Provincial regulations. Banbury is dog heaven! The Kettle Valley Railway trail is right at your doorstep, providing a great place to walk Fido. We do ask that you respect Banbury and the enjoyment of others by cleaning up after your pet. Please note that your dog must be leashed at all times. Sorry but dogs that have any aggression issues are not welcome.
