What a pleasant stay. On Trans Canada Rd but not disturbing noise. Easy access to Victoria, Butchart Gardens, beaches. Not so pretty on entry but great large sites. Amenities simple and clean. Super hot water. Great green area. Great for a night or 2 depending on your plans. We are 70+ year old Australians who hired a small campervan in Vancouver and travelled through BC for nearly 6 weeks. Very welcoming host. See our photos. Cheers

We tried to stay here in mid March 2017. Camp host said they were fully booked (seem to have a lot of long term stays) but appeared very uninterested.
