Description

MTN Fun Basecamp is located trailside, on the north end of Squamish bordering Alice Lake provincial park and the nearby eagle watching hub of Brackendale. Surrounded by towering pines, mountain views and a stunning creek running through the property you will feel immersed in nature. We are only minutes away from shops and restaurants. Choose from our comfortable kitchenette equipped hotel rooms, or rv/tent sites for your Sea to Sky adventures or just a relaxing getaway. Our serviced RV sites are located throughout the campground. You can be closer to the creek or the rocks, the choice is yours. Each one has full water, sewer and 30amp power (except where noted). Cable is available for an extra fee. Tent sites - Choose a private secluded site or join a few together for your family adventure. Some are very secluded and shady while others are sunny and open. Every site features a fire pit, and a picnic table. Also included are free showers, wifi and a charging station. Our cozy cabin like hotel rooms are a great alternative to camping yet you are still surrounded by nature. Each room includes a kitchenette, king size bed, private bathroom and a Nespresso machine. Suitable for up to 2 adults and 1 child (12 and under). Newly upgraded wifi throughout most of the property and a charging station for your electronic needs. Free hot showers. For the mountain bikers we have a bike wash and repair stand. If you are looking for bike rentals check out Flying Spirit located in our main reception. There is a small camp store with ice, firewood, snacks and drinks. As well we provide BBQ and gas fire ring rentals. We have maps and advice to help get you on your way.

The Campground itself was fine. But the entry area seems a little bit off and not very welcoming. The facilities were old but okay. It is a little overpriced for what you get. The dumping station was not as expected, but okay (for free).

Nice and quiet Campground in the trees. Washrooms were with free hot showers but not the newest. Expensive, but might be due to the long weekend we stayed there.

Beautifull campsites with fireplace. Showers were very nice, but not so clean (early morning). WiFi at the office is very good!
