This resort is very clean and the facilities are well maintained. Where is lacked for us was the sites are individually owned and the site rates are the same for each one. We spent two nights during our road trip. Once at the start and once at the end. The first site was fairly well maintained. The next site was fairly muddy and the water facet was leaking. The inconsistency is where it fell flat for us. At 115$ a night this needs to be corrected.
