Description
Nanaimo Aquatic centre. We hadn't planned on staying there but after a hot tub, sauna, steam room combo we weren't in the mood to keep driving. There were signssaying 3hr parking between 8 and 6 but no 'no overnight'
signs. It's not the most quiet and there are street lightson but if you need to - it's a place to park your campervan. Not suitable for tents. No one bothered us. The aquatic centre has washrooms, free wifi (2hrs a day), a fitness room, water slides, lazy river, wave pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, lane swimming - only $7 for adults or $3.75 if you just want to shower

Slept here last night, no one bothered me. Aquatic center and washrooms open at 6am every morning except Saturdays. I was also told that between 9pm and 10pm it only costs $3 for a swim and shower. Happy Travels!!
