Nice scenic spot next to the water at Oyster Bay. Pit toilets, bins and about a dozen picnic tables. It is right next to the road however, so you do get traffic noise. Shaw wifi available.

We stayed two nights without any problem, this place was our favourite on Vancouver Island, beautiful sunsets over the bay
