It is accessible to motorbikes, RVs, camper trailers and caravans.
Camping in tents is not permitted. You must be fully self-contained.
Signs say no overnight parking. Seems to be rebuild and it's a brand new neighborhood.

Stayed here one night, no problems. Toilet to use in Walmart. Bit noisy with planes so wear earplugs

Good for one night but extremely noisy. Better go to the other walmart in Delta 10 km more south. From there also a good connection to Vancouver Downtown

Been there on 16.05.2022 and spent the night without any issues. Three more RVs had been there as well. Thanks Walmart!
