Basically just a parking lot with 24h parking. A sign states no RV allowed but we did risk it anyways with a truck camper and had no issues. We used one of the ~5 larger parking lots located at the wall next to the street that fit a whole RV. I'd recommend to not use multiple spaces. It's located next to another 24h paid parking but with fewer tourists walking by since it's not directly connected to the dock that offers street food, restaurants and whale watching. Gets quite noisy in the early morning with all the seagulls yelling and trucks driving by. Not too nice, but great location if you plan to explore Victoria downtown and need a place to stay overnight.

Went there today, just signs say no rv's. Spoke to the operator who recommended to the car park near the Parliament building. You can pay for 24 hours. Expensive but in town.
