Description
Moul Falls is a waterfall on Grouse Creek in Wells Gray Provincial Park.
If youve ever wondered what lies behind the veil of a waterfall, youll want to explore Moul Falls. A one-hour hike from Clearwater Valley Road, a moss and roots covered trail delivers you to the edge of Grouse Creek where Moul Falls spills into the Clearwater River. You can stop at the viewing platform above, but if youre really adventurous, youll continue down to the base of the chute where you can slip between the falls and the canyon revelling in the cool mist of its cold, rushing waters.

The waterfall is fantastic, but what I like the most is everything around it. Lava rocks, somewhat of an ice bridge across, giant ice spikes in the cave-like wall, bat caves, and much more.

Wow, what an exhilarating feeling seeing these falls from below. Go the whole way to the bottom...yes it's a bit of a climb back up 2 flights of stairs but well worth the 2.9 klm walk to get there !! These falls took 1st place for us on this road to Clearwater Lake !!
