Great views, nice place for a stop. The tower is left open, if you're adventurous you could take your sleeping bag up and have an amazing place to watch the stars! Happy Travels!!

We stayed in the lower part of the parking on the big flat gravel area. One truck stayed there also.Close to highway so you can hear trucks going but it's for free and just for sleep on long way, not fancy camping area.Two pit toilets. The view from firewatch tower is nice. You can see far away.
