You have to pay first to get the key for the dump hole. The pavement at the hole is a bit sloping which means that you are standing at an angle, so bit of the sewage water will probably stay in the pipe. You can get the key to the washroom after dumping. Wasn't the best spot for dumping but there aren't many options in Vancouver so we went there.

Still 10,50$ for dumping. They have water, but i wouldnt say its portable water.
