Nice shady oak trees! But our first site wasn't level, our second site...wasn't too bad but not level. The showers are ok but it's dollar for three minutes and I've had more water pressure from a super soaker. Wifi is good. The pool isn't bad, the park is large and open and they have some playground equipment.
