T Elrod, JYMinilit and Grateful Em all of these previous reviews express exactly my opinion. I could add: the owner is very friendly and helpful, works hard to make his campground nice and well equipped. Free good showers. Located close to HW1, the TransCanada HW, it's noisy but not too bad for sleeping during the night. (Travel Trailer).

Somewhat run down and the wireless internet access disconnected every 10 minutes (but it was being looked at). Run by a friendly hard-working family. Would I stay here again? Yes, but wouldn't make a special effort to do so.

Wifi is useless. Unisex showers and toilets which seem to be a mess already early in the evening. Good place if you want to explore Winnipeg. Not keeping up to KOA standard and therefore too expensive.
