We have stayed in this campground twice. It is well located near Port Aux Basques and remains open longer than nearby provincial parks. This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in North America. Staff are friendly, helpful and the park is well maintained. If you are traveling in Newfoundland after the official closing date of 30 Sep you should check about staying with powered site only, once the park staff winterized the water system. We rate this as a 5 star camp ground.
