The beach is not owned by anyone, it's a public one (got the info by locals). Not the best spot as it can be windy & noisy (close to road) but nobody is gonna bother you if you camp there for one night. Locals are use to see people camp on this beach. Busy for sunset but then people leave the spot and the beach is yours. Be aware of the high tide !
