Description
Awenda Provincial Park offers 2,900 hectares of forested land on the shores of Georgian Bay and 31 kilometers of trails. It has private and shaded campsites, including sites for RVs, car camping, pet-free camping and radio-free camping.

Absolutely gorgeous location. We got a guided hike with the Head Naturalist of the park, Tim. He was great! This park is huge and has so much to offer. We went during the Thanksgiving long weekend (October 2023) and it's our favourite campground we've been to yet. So gorgeous. All the campgrounds are well taken care of, clean, and generally quite well spaced out. You're a very short drive away from Georgian Bay (about 5 minutes from our campsite) with lots of parking. We will be returning.
