No, not open all year. Nice park and campsites. Good facilities (no-pay hot showers; clean washrooms; laundry). River and rapids very nice. (But Ontario Parks price of $43 for unserviced campsite is exhorbitant.)

Very clean with nicely laid out campsites. Beautiful rapids and trails. Electricals close by. This a bench mark site, top notch.
