Description

Little gravel road next to the highway and the Dogtooth Lake. Any camping is unofficial. There are 2 places behind trees and a turn around at the end that is close to the highway and can contain 2 vans. It's possible to fish, swim and even pick wild blueberries! There's a trash container and a fire pit. There are no toilet facilities at this site. If you do not have your own toilet, bury human waste at least 100m from tracks and water bodies. Bury toilet paper or bag and dispose of in a bin once you leave the site.

Felt really safe here even though it was close to the highway!:D

Stayed here for a night with another group. Right beside the highway but with some ok privacy. The spot is right beside a lake. Would recommend

Beautiful rustic spot. Three fire stone fire rings, with enough privacy between them. Sandwiched between the lake and the highway. Highway noise was negligible in a tent and it's not really visible. Paths down to the water! No toilets but private and beautiful.
