My friend & I stayed in a yurt in the Granite Ridge campground from December 29 to January 1 over the long weekend. It was lovely! 2 baseboard heaters and 1 electric fireplace, so you will never have to worry about being too cold while inside. There were 5 windows, 4 on the walls and 1 on the door, that you can open for fresh air with screens. Even though the yurts are rated for 6 people, I personally wouldn't have any more than 3 people in there given how little room you have The park was beautiful and kept in great shape, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Posted signage was clear so it would be hard to get lost. My only complaint is that the firewood the camp store sold us was kind of wet. Cell phones had reception: Rogers had spotty 1 bar, Virgin Mobile had 2 bars.
