Stayed there on the evening before first july, the Canada Day (holiday on canada) so that it was hard to find a parking space. But the next day the parkingground was empty and really quit. We asked the store manager but he just told us it is a public parking ground and it is our own risk to stay. We stayed one night, which was really noisy because of the near train. The noise was loud and vibrated really hard. But we felt safe. We used an UBER to drive to the city (20 min., 22 CAD) because using the public transport is complicated.

We stayed 2 nights friday to sunday. We asked the store manager and it's no problem. Very safe as there are surveillance cameras on the whole parking lot. a little bit noisy because of the train but beside that very good spot to explore TorontoDöner Pasta

We stay here for one night with a 25' RV and we left there while visiting the city and everything is fine. We take an Uber from here to the city center.
