Description
The campground is located within Harrison Park, offering boat rentals, a heated pool, mini-putt, tennis and basketball courts, a bird sanctuary and Black history cairn. It also has a licensed restaurant, the Harrison Park Inn.
Campground amenities include:
100 sites with hydro & water hookups
Firewood ($8.00/bag + HST)
Ice ($4.00/bag or block + HST)
Riverfront & shaded sites
Flush toilets & showers
Dumping station ($10.00/dump + HST)
Laundromat
Note, no outside firewood is permitted.
The City of Owen Sound made significant improvements to the Harrison Park Campground in 2018 and 2019 including:
New water mains have been installed throughout the campground with each site having its own individual water service.
15 and 30-amp sites have been upgraded to 30 and 50-amp sites.
Several sites have been realigned to improve access for larger vehicles and trailers. With this new layout, the site numbers have changed so please view the campground site map above for these changes.
Each washroom at Harrison Park has been fully renovated.
The pool has been improved for recreational swimming including accessible entry and four spray nozzles for water play fun.
The bath house at the pool has been renovated, including the addition of an accessible change room.
The 'Mile Drive' trail surface has been improved.

Stayed here on Oct. 12. Campground itself is quite nice, many trees, river, walking trails, etc.. Shower / washrooms are available but we're not very clean at the time of our visit.Quality of food of the at site restaurant is average (from our point of view).
