Description

Cobourg Beach is lined with water to the south and a boardwalk to the north. Many events take place each year including volleyball tournaments, Sandcastle Festival, Canada Day, and more. There are lifeguards on duty, supplied by Northumberland YMCA. The beach is groomed daily, cleared of any litter and staff also go around and fill the holes made by active children from the previous day. Facilities include; Picnic areas and tables Canteen Washrooms and change rooms Two playgrounds Splash pad Foot bath area Fenced basketball court
