If you take at least a 2 course menu in the 360 degree restaurant ($65), the elevator and both lookout platforms are complimentary - you save the $48 entry fee.

We've reserved in the restaurant 30 minutes before arrival. We didn't even have to wait at the queue, we just passed everybody. Also got a table directly at the windows for 65 dollars! Amazing view!!Only the first lookout platform is complimentary tho, not both like the last reviewer wrote.Go definitely up there guys, it's worth it (see pics)!
