Description
The Palissades is the terrestrial paradise for mountain lovers. Hiking, via ferrata, climbing and camping are in the spotlight from May to Nov. The winter via, ice climbing, snowshoeing and backcountry skiing are also available to enjoy the mountain at maximum. The hostel is open to the year 7 days out of 7 for group bookings.Located 10 km from the village of St Siméon on route 170, Parc Les Palissades is isolated in the heart of the Charlevoix mountains with a granite wall 4 km wide and 400 meters high. The site has a rustic inn near the lake, a river and several kilometers of hiking trails crisscrossing a wild forest where spring water and pure air at will.
