Description

This is a trailhead for a hike to 3 mountains. From the parking lot, follow the trail along the guardrail of Route 389, then down the art alley (there is a small loop, feel free to go up one and down the other when coming back). You go past one cabin, then turn right before the next cabin. For experienced hikers, it is about 3-4 hours to the top. Otherwise, there is a wonderful lookout to Lake Manicouagan about 1-1.25 hours (~.9 miles) uphill. After this the trail descend again before it goes back up. It is muddy and steep, making it fairly strenuous.
