2023-06-15: I'm here. Now it's called 'Recreational Park'. It seems having been a previous campground but now it's more a rest area. No sign forbidding camping.
This free campground offers toilets. It is dog friendly.
It is accessible to motorbikes, RVs, camper trailers and caravans.
Camping in tents is allowed.

Closed for some reason

Closish to the highway but perfect for an overnight stop. Toilets around and not too bright either. Felt save as other people were around too.
