Right on the highway. Would be loud if you were to camp here overnight. Its basically a highway rest stop with a bird viewing tower over the lake. No washrooms, there is a bin for trash.

Didn't stay overnight, only had lunch there. Great views over the lake, sure it's impressive when all the migratory birds are there in spring and fall.

Beautiful spot. People camping here. No obvious no camping signs. About 4 vehicles over night.
