You don't see much of the river because you are close to it but not next to it. It is more a walk through the forest. Heard only some birds singing. The mosquitos were horror. Bear feces on the way so bring your bear spray with you.

5.5km Loop trail running along the river and through the forest. There is a wildlife viewing platform about half way and some nice views of the mountains.

A really nice walk through the forest. You don't get to see the river. Before the Loop starts there are a couple of nice views to mountains. Got to see a lot of squirrels throwing down pines, birds and Ptarmigan.
